Free map, £4.99 a year for the rest

The short version

The map is free. Tap countries to mark them visited and Gan keeps your total.

The plan covers everything that lives in your account. That means saving, trips, photos, friends and family profiles.

What you get free

No payment and no card. Your map is yours to play with.

• The world map, flat or as a globe
• Tap any country to mark it visited
• A running total of countries visited
• Your data exported whenever you like

Where the free map lives

The free map is kept on the device you use. Clear your browser or switch phones and it's gone.

The plan fixes that by saving your map to your account.

What the £4.99 plan adds

One plan switches on everything else.

• Your map saved to your account, so it's on every device
• Trips with dates, who you went with and photos
• Your collection of flags, passport stamps and progress
• Friends, compare your map and the leaderboard
• A wishlist, family profiles with child lock and your own map colours
